    Like so many of your great posts, Michael, this one seems to be about thinking about what one is doing.  With awareness comes choice, and the ability to shape the outcome of one’s actions.  Sounds simple, in pronciple— but we all know how how challenging that can be, in practice.  Habits are hard to break, and latent assumptions can lurk beneath the level of our consciousness.  Playing a “different” game requires first undrstanding the game that we’re currently playing, and only then can we apply the creativity needed to truly change the game.  Once we do that, though, wunnerful things can happen…
